Background
Logan founded Vorician Systems after more than two decades advising C-suite executives and boards at some of the world's most complex organizations. His work spans strategic transformation, enterprise technology, operational redesign, and risk — always at the intersection of leadership, systems, and execution.
Before founding Vorician, Logan held senior roles at two global consulting firms and served as an embedded advisor to multiple Fortune 500 leadership teams. He has led engagements across financial services, energy, healthcare, and government — sectors where the cost of getting it wrong is high and the margin for error is low.
